Compare Kitchen Hire is an independent directory helping UK customers find businesses that advertise temporary kitchen hire. 2. Independent suppliers
Suppliers listed on this site operate independently. The directory is not a party to a customer's rental contract with a supplier. Each supplier is responsible for its own availability, pricing, delivery, installations, condition of equipment, health and safety, insurance and contract terms. A directory listing or claimed profile is not a guarantee, recommendation, approval, vetting or endorsement.
3. Using the directory
Search and comparison features are provided free of charge to visitors. Listings and delivery-area information may be incomplete or change without notice. Area searches can show companies advertising broad coverage even where they have not confirmed that they deliver to your specific postcode. Check access, connections, appliances, hire period, delivery costs, terms and insurance arrangements with your selected supplier before booking.
4. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the quote form creates a request for contact. It does not reserve a kitchen, confirm availability, place an order or create a rental contract. Only suppliers who have agreed to receive leads can be sent enquiries automatically. Otherwise the administrator may hold the request for review. We cannot guarantee that a supplier will respond or make an offer. No customer payments are collected through this website in the current launch version.
5. Accurate and lawful use
Submit correct information, use forms only for genuine enquiries and avoid unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated spam submissions. Do not send payment card details, passwords, sensitive medical information or private information about other people in free-text forms. We may block abuse, remove inaccurate material or refuse inappropriate applications where reasonably necessary.
6. Supplier listings and claims
Supplier profile details may be sourced from a business's own public information or supplied directly by the business. Basic listings are free during the initial launch. Businesses can request to claim, amend or remove information using the supplier form or hello@comparekitchenhire.co.uk. We may ask for evidence before changing ownership or profile claims. Being listed does not authorise use of third-party logos or portfolio images without permission.
Future advertising, featured positions or paid leads will require a separate disclosed agreement before any charge is made. Sponsored prominence will be identifiable as advertising and will not imply a higher verification standard.
7. External websites and content
Links to independent suppliers are provided for convenience. We do not control their website content, privacy notices, prices or contracts. Copyright and other rights in supplier-owned materials remain with their owners. Our own branding and original site content must not be reused commercially without permission.
8. Accuracy, availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and listings accurate, but errors, omissions or interruptions can occur. The directory should not be treated as professional building, electrical, gas, water or other safety advice. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Other liability is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of your claim.
9. Privacy and cookies

10. Complaints and corrections
Please email hello@comparekitchenhire.co.uk with the supplier name, page URL or enquiry reference and a clear description of the problem. For complaints about the actual hire or rental contract, contact the supplier directly first, as they provide the service. We will review directory accuracy complaints and privacy complaints separately.
11. Changes and law
These terms may be updated as the directory develops. Any future payments or booking features will require new, clearly presented terms before they are introduced. The laws of England and Wales generally govern these website terms, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply elsewhere in the UK.
